Dog Trust
Dogs Trust is Ireland’s largest dog welfare charity. In order to stop unwanted puppies and prevent straying each year they financially help over 12,500 people in need to get their dogs neutered. Through a network of over 350 vets nationwide, Dogs Trust continue to neuter over 12,000 dogs every year. Cats Aid
The mission of Cats Aid is to rescue, rehabilitate and find good homes for unwanted cats on the explicit understanding that no health-recoverable cat taken in will be destroyed. They accomplish this through the establishment of a permanent shelter/sanctuary for cats. Cats Aid is also committed to the education of the general public in the care of cats with particular emphasis on the importance of spaying and neutering. The Irish Blue Cross
For more than 50 years, the Irish Blue Cross has been treating, vaccinating and arranging surgeries for well over 600,000 small animals in the Dublin area through its mobile clinic service and subsidised welfare schemes run in co-operation with veterinary practices. Additionally, their horse ambulance service is on stand-by at all Irish race meetings. Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind
Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind is Ireland’s national charity dedicated to helping persons who are blind or vision impaired and families of children with autism to achieve improved mobility and independence. The organization envisions a future where persons who are blind, vision impaired and disabled are able to achieve independence and dignity through world-class dog and ancillary services. Pets Behave
The Pet Behaviour Centre specialises in solving behavioural issues with your pet, whatever the species. Their pet behaviour counselor, Jim Stephens BAHons Msc.CABC, has been awarded a Master of Science degree in Companion Animal Behaviour Conselling from Southampton University having undertaken research in canine-human relationships and the law.
